Mission Statement

From our continuing research and presentations, enrich others with the wisdom, leadership, and problem-solving skills use by world heroes who compassionately crusaded for peace with values, dignity, and endurance as their weapons of choice.

Definition of a Hero of Peace

Heroes of peace, without regard to personnel consequences, embrace obstacles as opportunities for growth, exploit fear as a means to show courage, protect and maintain the dignity of their adversaries, crusade compassionately for those unable to defend themselves, pursue their goals with relentless dedication, honor all commitments to everyone regardless of their stature, and seek out the differences in others and celebrate this great diversity for the enrichment of mankind.

Why Do We Need Heroes?

We all need inspirational heroes as role models for our lives. Unfortunately, today's  heroes are often sports figures, celebrities, and rock stars whose lives are laced with controversy as well as frequent appearances in our over-crowed court rooms. We need, however, exemplary heroes with proven values demonstrating respect for their fellow humans. We need to understand conflict resolution practices ending in peaceful solutions with dignity and respect being preserved for all sides. We need to understand and value a work ethic showing the rewards for diligence and quality coupled with the many benefits of continuing our education throughout our lives.  Forgiveness should preside over revenge, and acceptance and learning from another's diversity should easily outshine the dull embers of discrimination.

Heroes of Peace

We found other heroes of peace have similar value systems and conflict-resolution techniques as the Tuskegee Airmen. All these wonderful role models mirror each other's value system indicating common characteristics of human goodness universally used to fight for peace, righteousness, and human dignity. This course, therefore, also studies the similarities between our world heroes of peace and the Tuskegee Airmen. This serves as positive reinforcement for the remarkable effectiveness of these values.

The organization: Modeling Future Heroes, Inc. is a corporation who's mission statement is above. We offer seminars, workshops, keynote speeches, and curriculums designed for individual institutions involving the values, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution techniques used by world heroes who compassionately fought for peace and righteousness using excellence and endurance as their weapons of choice. Individuals who can master these inspiring characteristics can greatly enhance their personal and business relationships. These excellent and inspiring programs are individually designed for educational institutions, corporations, the military, and community service organizations.

It's What We Do

Our keynote speeches, seminars, workshops, and classes are not based on what world heroes of peace have done, but rather on how they accomplished their incredible deeds.  Magnificent people performing magnificently, at their finest hour - what values guided their decisions? Our goal is to share with you what we have discovered about these remarkable individuals and how they overcame seemingly impossible obstacles, repeatedly, and with peaceful solutions.

Our selected heroes:

  1. Accomplished their many tasks under adverse conditions embracing obstacles as opportunities for growth.
  2. Only encouraged positive change through their examples of excellence.
  3. Guided their behavior on their values, not on how others behaved toward them.
  4. Did not allow hardships to distract them from their goals.
  5. Peacefully handled conflict.
  6. Always protected the dignity of their adversaries

Modeling Future Heroes, Inc. provides you the opportunity to study these peaceful problem-solving characteristics and adapt them into your life as a guide for your business and personal relationships.  Perhaps you can become a role model to others; perhaps you can become a future hero!

Learn to Think Like a Hero!

  1. A solution to a problem must not interfere with the larger goal.
  2. The only time we can ever fail is if we quit.
  3. Obstacles are opportunities and must be enthusiastically confronted.
  4. Each day is a battle for control; not for control over others, but for control over how we respond to them.
  5. Diversity may be the most valued and yet untapped resource in any organization.
  6. Demeaning others gives them power to rise above you.
  7. It's not what happens to you that matters; it's how you react to what happens to you that determines your character.
  8. A true leader serves as a spokesperson for those less able to speak for themselves.
  9. Learn the heroes' problem-solving and conflict-resolution methods.
  10. Recognize and overcome your detrimental instinctual behavior.
  11. Live by a hero's value system guiding you through life and crises situations.
