The program was designed to assist managers and Realtors in recruiting top producing personnel and their families to the Cleveland/Akron area. It is certified, by the State of Ohio, for credit in schools, colleges and CEU by Realtors. The Greater Cleveland Growth Association has utilized the program for Cleveland businesses. Programs have been taught at Cleveland State University, Greater Cleveland Growth Association and the Cleveland Board of Realtors for CEU classes.
